What: A sampling of more than 20 traditionally fermented alcoholic beverages you won’t find anywhere else: wild wine, feral beer, local tomato ale, Belgian apricot pale ale, olallieberry lager, organic apple hard cider, organic peach hard cider, gluten free belgian lemon blonde ale, citrus saison, local honey bee mead, jun, farm-to-bar kombucha cocktails, artisan distilled gin, vodka and apple pie, blueberry wine, sake, to name a few!
cured meats, kimchi, wood fired farm-to-table sourdough pizzas, platters of fermented delights from Cultured Cuisine, Kotuku, and Bara’s Fresh, kombucha and kraut juice by the glass, and exclusive samples from Isabella Gourmet Foods, Jimchi, Wine Country Sausage, and Forbidden Fruit Orchards.
